Ingredients
- 80 g Extra dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoon bitter cocoa powder
- 175 ml condensed milk
- 200 ml whipped cream

Melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan in a bain-marie or in the microwave.

In a large bowl, whip the cream with a whisk. When it starts to be semi-whipped, add the cocoa and keep on whipping, finally, it must be well-whipped.

Add the chocolate to the cream while the whisk is still running, pour slowly so that it mixes little by little.

Pour the condensed milk, always with the whisk moving, and always flush. Process until it becomes uniform, then pour into a container.
