Ingredients
- 70 g rice flour
- 1100 ml water
- 250 g sweet corn
- 2 tablespoon green chilli
- 150 g All Purpose Flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon confectionery sugar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoon coriander
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon oil

Directions
In a mixing bowl, add the gram flour, rice flour, salt and baking powder and mix it well. Add 300 ml of water and make a batter.

Boil 800 ml of water in a pan, add the sweet corn and let them boil until tender.

Transfer it to a blender, add the green chilli and blend it to a smooth paste.

In another mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, powdered sugar, baking soda, coriander, lemon juice, and blended corn paste. Make a smooth dough.
