- 400 ml heavy cream
- 150 ml condensed milk
- 10 ml vanilla essence
- 15 g powdered gelatine
- 25 Maria biscuits
- 60 g butter
- 10 ml milk
- damson cheese
- syrup
- honey or jam

1. Step
Combine the gelatine and half a cup of cold water. Stir.

Crush the biscuits, add the butter and milk and mix well.
