- 300 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 30 g butter
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 1 tablespoon red food colouring
- crushed almonds

- 160 g cream cheese
- 80 g icing sugar
- 100 g strawberry

Sieve the flour and cocoa into a bowl. Stir.

Beat the egg in another bowl and add the sugar. Mix together. Add the food colouring and mix well. Pour in the rum and milk and stir.

Add the mixture to the flour and stir until the dough is smooth. Add the melted butter and mix. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes at room temperature.

To make the filling, add the icing sugar and cream cheese to a bowl. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them into quarters.
