- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup corn flour
- 2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoon MSG
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon custard powder
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
Chips
- 1 kg potato
- ground black pepper
- sea salt flakes
- 1 l oil

1. Step
Dice the chicken. Mix all the marinade ingredients together, add the chicken and let sit for an hour.
2. Step
Meanwhile, peel and dice the potatoes into wedges. Soak in cold water for 20 minutes. Then move to a pot with cold water and a pinch of salt, bring to a boil and cook for 6-8 minutes. Then drain the chips and deep-fry in pre-heated oil, at 150 C, for 4 minutes. Increase the temperature to 180 C and cook for 5-7 minutes. Move to a bowl and dust with salt.

Whisk the dry dredge ingredients together. Cover the chicken pieces in it, then fry them for 3-4 minutes. Add to a bowl and also dust with salt. Serve and enjoy!
