Hearty potatoes minced meat pan
This is a hearty and filling dish that I often make when I have an abundance of potatoes. The ground beef mixes beautifully with the crispy fried potatoes, and a little fresh chive rounds it out at the end. It's a simple classic that's always a hit, whether at home, with friends, or even at parties.

Directions
To make the potatoes mince pan recipe first peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Saute the onions and garlic until translucent, then add the ground beef. It is important to fry the minced meat well until it is no longer pink - stirring regularly to avoid lumps or burning.
Now add the diced potatoes. Mix everything well and cover the pan. Let the potatoes cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes until they are soft. Stir occasionally to make sure nothing burns.
Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika and stir in the cream cheese to make the mixture creamier. Simmer for a few more minutes until everything is well heated through.
Before serving, garnish the potatoes minced meat pan with fresh chives. Enjoy your meal!
