Directions
To prepare the pasta mince pan, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. I recommend cooking the pasta al dente, as it will continue to cook in the pan.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the ground beef and fry, stirring frequently, until completely browned.
Add the chopped onion and garlic to the minced meat in the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions are lightly browned.
Now add the chopped bell bell pepper and fry it for another 2-3 minutes.
Now add the tomato paste to the pan and roast it briefly, then add the tomatoes. To roast the tomato paste first, it really intensifies the flavor.
Season everything with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Add a little water, it should not be too dry.
Let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir well to allow the pasta to absorb the sauce.
Serve the pasta on plates, sprinkle with a little basil if desired, and serve hot.
This recipe is perfect for days when you want to make a quick and easy hearty and satisfying dinner. Enjoy!
