Hearty Loin Pot

- 500 g pork tenderloin
Vegetables
- 2 Piece Potatoes
- 2 Piece carrots
- 1 Piece onion

1. Step
For the loin pot, cut the meat into pieces and sauté it in a large pot. Remove the meat as soon as it turns brown.
2. Step
Peel the potatoes, carrots and onions and cut them into cubes. Put the vegetables in the pot and sauté them until they become soft.
3. Step
Put the meat back into the pot and add the broth. Season the stew with salt and pepper. Let the stew simmer for an hour.
4. Step
Serve the loin pot hot. Enjoy your meal!
