- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 11⁄2 cups mixed vegetables
- 1⁄4 onion
- 2 tomato
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vinegar from chilli pickles
- Chillis in vinegar

1. Step
Cook the pasta and vegetables, if you prefer them raw or frozen, or preferably use canned (one small can of mixed vegetables such as carrots, peas, green beans and one can of corn) for convenience.
