- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 egg
- 1 onion
- mozzarella cheese
- salt
- turmeric

Cut the onion and cheese into small pieces. Set these aside.

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, a little basil and turmeric.
