Healthy Macaroni and Vegetables
Macaroni and vegetables is a healthy, nutritious and very easy to prepare dish. Ideal for those days when you want a comforting but balanced meal. In my cooking, I always try to put extra care and focus on the details, such as the perfect consistency of the pasta and the balance between the different flavors of the vegetables. I firmly believe that this makes the difference in the final result.

Directions
Wash and chop the vegetables. I recommend cutting them into not too large pieces so that they mix well with the macaroni.
Cook the macaroni in salted water as indicated on the package. Personally, I like them to be al dente, that is, slightly firm to the bite.
While the macaroni is cooking, heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion and garlic. Fry until golden brown, this detail will add a deep and delicious flavor to your dish.
Add the carrots and peppers to the pan and sauté until tender. Remember, the key is not to overcook the vegetables; they should maintain their vibrant color and slightly crisp texture.
When the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the pan with the vegetables. Mix well to infuse the macaroni with the delicious combination of flavors.
Season to taste and ready! Here you have a dish of macaroni and vegetables, simple, tasty and very nutritious.
