Chop up all the vegetables. Bring water in a pot to a boil, put the chicken in for 1-2 minutes, then remove and rinse in cold water. Put back in, and add all the vegetables. Add enough water to cover everything, season with salt, bring to a boil, and simmer for 30 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Season with black pepper and more salt, if necessary. Garnish with chopped spring onions, serve, and enjoy!
