Recipe for no-bake oreo cheesecake

- 375 g mascarpone
- 300 ml whipping cream
- 200 g greek yoghurt
- 150 g crystal sugar
- lemon juice and zest
- 5 neutral gelatine
- 2 packaging OREO biscuit
- 100 g butter
For decoration
- 70 g dark chocolate

Mix Oreo cookies, add melted butter and mix until ingredients are combined.

Line the tin with baking paper, also around the edges. Add the mixed oreo and butter and spoon it over the bottom and the edges of the tin.

Mix the whipping cream with the sugar. Gradually sell the other ingredients. Mascarpone, Greek yogurt, lemon zest.

Heat the lemon juice in a saucepan, add the previously soaked and sliced gelatine (according to the instructions). Add to the mascarpone filling.

Pour the filling evenly over the oreo shell. Leave to chill in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.

Using a pastry tip, pour the melted chocolate onto the baking paper to form a spider web. Leave to harden.

Take the cake out of the fridge, remove the mould, place on a tray and carefully fold the chocolate cobwebs over the top of the cake. Cheesecake is ready to serve :)
