Directions
Combine the semolina and all-purpose flour together in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the salt.
Create a well in the center of the flour and gradually pour in the warm water while stirring.
Once the dough starts to form, transfer it onto a lightly floured surface.
Knead the pasta dough for about 10-15 minutes or until it becomes elastic and smooth. If the dough is too dry, sprinkle some water; if too sticky, add some flour.
Cover the dough with a clean cloth or with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
After resting, cut the dough into four equal parts. Then take one piece at a time and roll it out using a pasta machine or a rolling pin until it's about 1/8 inch thick.
Cut the pasta into desired shapes using a pasta cutter or a sharp knife, dusting with extra flour to prevent sticking.
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, then add the pasta and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until it's al dente. Drizzle the cooked pasta with olive oil to avoid sticking.
Serve your homemade semolina pasta with favorite sauce and enjoy!
