French Crepe Cake Recipe

- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp. Melted butter
- tbsp. Vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- cup Sugar
- 1 Cup plain flour
- Butter (to grease pan)
- Whipped cream (for filling)
- Strawberries (for filling)
- Melted chocolate (to garnish)
- Icing sugar (to garnish)

Directions
Grab a juicer blender. Add milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, sugar, and blend sugar thoroughly. After blending, stir in plain flour and blend again.
Pour this solution onto a medium-sized mixing bowl and put it in a refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Take a frying pan and grease it evenly with butter. Add a small portion of the above-blended mixture onto the frying pan swirl immediately so that the batter spreads evenly. Cook for a few minutes until nicely brown and cooked evenly.
Take it out on a plate. Place chopped strawberries and whipped cream in the middle. You can also add the filling of your choice.
