This Turkish bread recipe, called Bazlama or pita bread, is prepared without an oven, is very tasty and goes with everything! Try it at home.
Ingredients
Bread
- 500 g Wheat flour
- 160 ml warm whole milk
- 160 ml lukewarm water
- 10 g sugar
- 8 g salt
- 18 g olive oil

Mix whole milk, warm water and instant yeast.
