- 4 egg whites
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 spoon rapeseed oil

1. Step
In a small bowl, beat the egg whites with salt until you get a uniform consistency.
2. Step
Heat up the oil in a pan, then pour in the beaten egg whites.
3. Step
Fry the omelette over medium heat until the whites start to thicken. Carefully pry the omelette and flip it over, frying for another minute or so.
4. Step
Serve the omelette warm, sprinkled with your favourite herbs or add some crumbled feta cheese for extra flavour.
