Easy Oven Baked Pork Chop Recipe

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Dried Rosemary

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375F (190C).
In a small bowl, combine onion, minced garlic, dried thyme, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary.
Rub the spice mixture evenly on both sides of each pork chop.
Heat olive in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
Transfer the pork chops lightly coated with cooking spray.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
