- 150 g light brown sugar
- 7 prunes
- 200 g crystal sugar
- 2 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Halve and pit the plums. Place them cut side down and cut them into slices.

Heat oven to 180°C. In a baking pan melt 60 g of butter and add the light-brown sugar over low heat. Mix until smooth and remove from heat.
