  • 100 g diced white onion Added to
  • 2 cloves garlic Added to
  • 250 ml vinegar Added to
  • 250 ml water Added to
  • 50 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil Added to
  • 2 bay leaves Added to
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar Added to
  • 1 tablespoon salt Added to

1. Step

Clean the jalapeños with plenty of water and leave them to dry, remove the seeds and cut them into slices, as well as the carrot, garlic and onion.

2. Step

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the vegetables except for the pepper and fry for 10 minutes.

3. Step

Add the chillies and add vinegar, water, pepper, bay leaf, oregano, coriander, salt and sugar, leave to boil for a further 10 minutes and remove from the heat to cool.

4. Step

Store in jars. Don't close them until the mixture is completely cold. Enjoy!
