Easy Healthy Oatmeal Flour Pancakes

- 1 Cup Oatmeal
- 1 Cup flour
- 2 tbls sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Butter for cooking (as needed)
- Maple syrup or honey and fruits for toppings (as desired)

Directions
Take a large bowl and combine oatmeal, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, stirring continuously until properly combined.
Set the batter aside to let the oats soften for about 10-15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
