Ingredients
- 100 g pecan
- 50 g butter
- 1⁄4 Cup heavy cream
- vanilla essence
- fleur de sel
- 2 tablespoon stevia or erythritol

In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the pecan nuts until toasted. Then, transfer them to a bowl and set them aside.

Lower the heat to the minimum and add the butter, cream, erythritol and essence. Cook, stirring constantly until obtaining a thick cream.

Add the pecans to the frying pan and continue cooking and stirring until light caramel. Leave to cool for 5 minutes.
