- 1 poached egg
- 1 a piece ham
- 0.125 Cup vinegar
Hollandaise Sauce
- 3 egg yolks
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 0.125 Cup melted butter
- salt

1. Step
Place a bowl with egg yolks on top of a saucepan with simmering water. Add butter and whisk. Add lemon juice and salt. Once well mixed, set aside.
2. Step
Fry the ham and toast the English muffin. Put the ham and poached egg into the muffin. Pour the sauce on top. Garnish with feta cheese and chives. Enjoy!
