Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black peppers. Mix well.
Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
Dip each drumstick into the flour mixture, making sure to coat it thoroughly. Shake off any excess flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the coated drumsticks in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn golden brown.
Transfer the browned drumsticks to a baking dish and place in the preheated oven.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the oven and let the drumsticks rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve hot and enjoy as an appetizer or main dish.
