Delicious homemade Kebab Meat
Kebab meat is one of my favorite dishes to prepare at home. Not only because of its delicious characteristic flavor but also because it allows you to vary the ingredients to your personal taste. This dish, so particular and rich in flavors, will surely conquer everyone at home. The secret is in the fresh ingredients and the perfect seasoning.
Ingredients
- 500 g Of lamb (or veal, chicken according to your preference)
- 2 cdas soy sauce
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 Lemon (juice)
- 2 cdas of vinegar
- 2 cdas Of natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- salt to taste
- 4 breads Of Pita
- Fresh vegetables to accompany (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumber)
- Yogurt sauce or tahini sauce to accompany

Directions
First, cut the meat into small pieces, about the size of a bite. If the meat is of good quality, you will not need to remove the fat, as it will add a special flavor to your Kebab.
For the marinade: mix the soy sauce, crushed garlic cloves, lemon juice, vinegar, yogurt, sweet paprika, cumin, coriander and salt. This will be our secret for a juicy and flavorful Kebab, the soy sauce will give an unmistakable umami touch.
Add the meat to the marinade and make sure all the pieces are well covered. Let them rest for at least two hours, although if you have time to leave it overnight, all the better.
After the marinating time, thread the meat on skewers alternately for even cooking.
Cook the skewers on a hot grill, turning them constantly so they don't burn. If you don't have a grill, you can also cook them in the oven.
While the meat is cooking, prepare the fresh vegetables and Pita bread to receive our delicious homemade Kebab.
Once the meat is ready, assemble your Kebab with the bread, meat and vegetables, and then add the yogurt or tahini sauce.
Serve immediately and enjoy an authentic homemade Kebab.
