Delicious Cream Mushroom Cream Thermomix
Probably one of the first dishes I cooked in my Thermomix was this cream of mushroom soup. It is a simple, tasty and very nutritious recipe. Mushrooms are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, making them an essential in my kitchen. This dish is ideal as a starter or light dinner, impressing diners with its smooth texture and delicious flavor.
Ingredients
- 500 g mushroom
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 50 g of olive oil
- 1 large potato
- 1 liter of vegetable stock
- salt and pepper to taste
- Liquid cream for decoration

Directions
First, clean the mushrooms with a brush or kitchen paper. Remember, it is not advisable to wash them under running water, as they absorb a lot of moisture. Reserve some for decoration.
In the Thermomix glass, add the onion and garlic. Program 5 seconds, speed 5. Lower with the spatula the leftovers that have been left in the glass.
Add the olive oil and fry for 10 minutes, temperature 120º, speed 1. This step is important to get a good sofrito, the base of flavor of our cream.
Add the mushrooms and the diced potato, cook for 15 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1.
Add the vegetable stock, salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes, temperature 100º, speed 1.
Blend for 1 minute, progressive speed 5-10. I advise you to do it progressively so that the texture of the cream is as smooth as possible.
Serve the cream of mushroom soup in bowls, garnish with the cream and the reserved mushrooms.
