Delicious Banana Cake Thermomix
This banana cake made with the Thermomix is one of my favorite recipes when I have very ripe bananas at home. It is very simple to make, and it is always delicious, soft and fluffy. Ideal for a delicious breakfast or a snack, this recipe has been tested and approved by everyone in my house. The Thermomix makes the task of mixing and kneading very easy, leaving us with a great result in a short time.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 200 grams sugar
- 100 grams butter
- 2 Eggs
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 1 about of yeast
- A pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar for decoration

Directions
Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees. In my experience, doing this before you start the preparation will help you to have the ideal temperature for when you are ready to bake.
Peel and cut the bananas into slices, then put them in the Thermomix glass with the sugar. Program the machine at speed 3-5 for about 2-3 minutes until you obtain a puree.
Add the previously melted butter and the eggs. Mix everything for 2 minutes on speed 4.
Now, add the flour, the yeast and the pinch of salt. It is important that you sift these ingredients first to avoid lumps. Mix everything for 2 more minutes at the same speed.
Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan. Bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes. Remember never to open the oven during the first few minutes of baking, as the cake may fall.
Finally, allow the cake to cool before unmolding and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
