- 8 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
- 4 tbls olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
Pat your chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season them on both sides with salt and pepper.
Mix the minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme and olive oil in a bowl.
Coat the chicken thighs with this mixture evenly.
