Crispy Ground Chicken Burgers with Mayo Sauce

Ingredients
For patties:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1⁄2 Cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 Cup parmesan
- 1⁄4 Cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Your favorite burger toppings
For sauce:
- 1⁄4 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon With

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Divide mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty.
Heat a grill or pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken patties for about 5-6 minutes per side.
While the patties are cooking, prepare the sauce by combining mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Lightly toast the burger buns.
To assemble the burger, spread sauce on the bottom half of a bun. Place a chicken patty on top and layer lettuce, tomato slices and pickles. Cover with the top half of the bun.
Serve the chicken burgers immediately with your favorite side dishes.
