- 2 cups chicken stock cube
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1⁄2 Cup heavy whipping cream
- 1⁄2 Cup Parmesan cheese

Cut the chicken into bite size pieces, and add salt and pepper. Saute the chicken on oil for 5 minutes. Take out and set aside.

Next, saute chopped onion and minced garlic for 2 minutes. Add chopped pepper and sliced mushrooms, and saute for 2 more minutes. Then add chicken broth, curry powder, salt, pepper, fettuccine, and mix.

Cook for 5 minutes, till the pasta is soft. Then add whipping cream and parmesan cheese, and mix well.
