- 11⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Dijon Spread
- 3 teaspoon whisked egg
- 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
- 1 clove garlic
Crumb Coating
- 1 Cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon parmesan
- 1 clove garlic
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
- 2 tablespoon butter

1. Step
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Sprinkle rack with salt and pepper. Fry on olive oil from all sides till brown. Let cool.
