- 400 g Mincemeat
- 1 apple
- 1 list puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon sugar

1. Step
Preheat oven to 200 C. Line baking tray with parchment paper. Mix the mincemeat and grated apple. Roll out the puff pastry on the baking tray.
2. Step
Spread the mincemeat apple mixture over it. Brush one edge with a beaten egg and roll it up.
