Classic Breakfast Egg and Bacon Slice
This dish is a perfect quick meal that's high in protein and flavor. Made with eggs, bacon, and cheese, it's a scrumptious recipe that could be served up any time of day, from a special breakfast to an easy dinner.

- 8 large eggs
- 8 strips bacon
- 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 Cup of whole milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter.
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Once cooked, place it on a paper towel to drain the excess oil, then chop into small pieces.
Evenly distribute the chopped bacon and grated cheddar cheese into the bottom of the greased baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together until well combined. Pour this mixture over the bacon and cheese in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated for approximately 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Optional: Garnish each slice with some chopped fresh parsley before serving.
