Chicken Thigh Stew
Traditional chicken thigh stew with homemade dumplings.

- 4 Pieces chicken legs
- 2 Pieces onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 spoons sweet paprika
- 250 ml water
- 2 spoons oil
- 2 spoons salt

1. Step
Clean the chicken thighs, cut into smaller pieces and season.
2. Step
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped onion in it.
3. Step
Add the pressed garlic and roast for another minute.
4. Step
Add the chicken meat and roast it from all sides.
5. Step
Then add the bell pepper, stir and sauté briefly.
6. Step
Pour water over the meat.
7. Step
Simmer covered over a moderate heat for about an hour, until the meat is tender.
8. Step
Finally, add the chopped peppers and cook for about 10 more minutes.
