Buckwheat Pancakes

Directions
In a bowl, mix buckwheat flour, eggs, a pinch of salt, and milk. Blend until smooth dough is obtained.
We heat a bit of oil in the pan, then pour a thin layer of dough. We fry pancakes on both sides to a golden color.
In the meantime, we prepare the stuffing. Mix the cottage cheese with honey until you get a uniform mass. Cut the banana into slices and wash the berries.
We spread the cheese filling on each pancake, arrange slices of banana and blueberries. We roll up the pancakes and serve. Enjoy your meal!
