- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 oranges
- 100 g walnuts

1. Step
To prepare the Brussels sprouts salad, clean the Brussels sprouts, cut them in half, and blanch them in a pot of boiling water. Then drain and let cool. Briefly sauté in oil in a pan.

Peel the oranges and cut them into slices. Roughly chop the walnuts.
3. Step
For the dressing, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Mix Brussels sprouts, oranges, and walnuts in a large salad bowl. Pour the dressing over it and mix well.

Let the Brussels sprouts salad sit for a bit before serving. Enjoy your meal!
