Boiled Potatoes with Homemade Herb Butter
A simple, healthy, and tasty dish that serves excellently as a side or even a main course. The homemade herb butter gives the potatoes a unique aroma.

Boiled potatoes
- 800 g Potatoes
- 2 TL salt
Herb butter
- 200 g butter
- 2 tbsp Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
- 1 Pinch salt
- 1 Pinch pepper

1. Step
1. For the boiled potatoes with herb butter recipe, first wash the potatoes, put them in a pot, cover with water and add the salt. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.

2. In the meantime, melt the butter in a small pot. Add chopped herbs, salt and pepper, stir well.

3. Drain the boiled potatoes and let them cool briefly. Then peel off the skin and halve the potatoes.

4. Arrange the boiled potatoes on a serving plate and drizzle generously with the herb butter. Serve immediately.
