- 320 g banana
- 130 g coconut oil
- 130 g dried figs
- 2 egg
- 220 g plain flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 100 g coconut milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger

1. Step
Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Blend the banana and figs in the Thermomix. Add coconut oil and combine. Then add eggs, ginger, cinnamon, and coconut milk. Combine again. Finally add flour, baking powder, and bicarb soda.
2. Step
Pour into a tin lined with parchment paper. Cook for 50 minutes, then let cool and enjoy!
