- 60 g red chili
- 1 Cup hot water
- 1⁄2 Cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 5 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1⁄2 Cup water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon citric acid
- 1 teaspoon ginger juice

1. Step
Pour the hot water over the red chilies and let them soak for half an hour. Then put them in a blender along with vinegar, salt, sugar, oregano, and ketchup. Puree.

Sift into a saucepan. Add water, and cook for 10 minutes. Add ginger juice and citric acid. Remove from the heat and you're finished! Store in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
