Banana-apple smoothie is a refreshing drink, ideal for the start of the day or for a quick snack during the day.

- 1 glass milk

1. Step
Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces, also cut the apple into pieces, but I personally prefer to leave the skin on the apple for the vitamins.
2. Step
Put all the ingredients in a blender, add milk, honey and cinnamon. Blend and serve.
