Baked trout in a pan
The perfect recipe for pan-roasted trout, which you can have on the table in half an hour.
Ingredients
- 2 a piece Whole trout
- Salt, freshly ground black pepper
- olive oil
- 1 a piece garlic
- 50 grams butter
- 1 a piece lemon

Wash the trout, season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Careful, the pan needs to be really hot so that the trout gets nicely coated and a crispy crust forms.
Pan fry the trout for about 5 minutes on each side. When the trout is done, set it aside and melt the butter in the same pan.
Add the lemon juice, squeezed garlic to the butter and mix everything well. Brush this lemon butter over the trout.
