- 110 g Smooth spelt flour
- 30 g vanilla protein
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
To fill
- Frulove choco jelly or jam favorite spread or pieces of chocolate
For wrapping
- ghee
- sugar Erythritol cane
- cinnamon

1. Step
Mix yogurt with flour, protein and baking powder. On a floured board, knead the dough. Cut it into parts. Make a small pancake, into which we put a teaspoon of filling and wrap into a ball. When filling, sprinkle with flour as needed. Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
