- 1⁄4 Cup jasmine rice
- 1⁄4 Cup hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 spoon salt
- 1⁄4 spoon ground pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 red chillis
- 3 limes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 shallots
- 2 spring onion
- 1⁄4 Cup Fresh cilantro
- 1⁄4 Cup fresh peppermint
- 1 lettuce

1. Step
Toast the rice, stirring often until they turn golden brown. Grind to a coarse powder and set aside.

In the same pan, heat the coconut oil on medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, until browned.
