- 600 g boneless chicken
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 25 g yoghurt
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 400 g onions
- 2 tablespoon garlic
- 11⁄2 tablespoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed cardamom
- 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red chilli
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 pods cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon saffron
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 300 ml water
- 55 g fresh cream

1. Step
Marinate chicken with black pepper, salt, and yoghurt for 2 hours.

Fry onions, garlic, and ginger in oil for 15 minutes.

Add cardamom, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli, bay leaf, cloves, saffron, sugar, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
