- 2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 spoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 spoon salt
- 11⁄2 cup vegetable milk
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon melted coconut oil

1. Step
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Step
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients, then add them to the dry ingredients.

Mix it well, so there are no lumps in the dough.
4. Step
We preheat the waffle iron, then lightly coat it with some oil.
5. Step
Spoon the prepared batter into the middle of the waffle iron.
6. Step
We close the waffle iron and let the dough bake for 3-4 minutes until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
7. Step
Repeat the process until all the pasta is used up.

Serve it with fresh fruits, maple syrup, or our favourite vegan toppings.
