Traditional Polish Easter cake "Mazurek"

Ingredients
- 3 egg
- 200 g whole poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon potato flour
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 100 g sugar
- 1⁄4 Cup milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon club soda
- 5 drops rum flavouring

Directions
Separate the yolks from the whites, then beat them with the sugar.

Add ground poppy seeds, potato flour, breadcrumbs and milk. Mix the ingredients thoroughly together.

Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Mix the whipped egg whites with the remaining ingredients.

Add the baking soda and rum flavouring. Combine thoroughly.

Grease a baking pan with butter and line it with baking paper. Spread the mixture on the baking tray and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
