Tiramisu with mascarpone
Delicious no-bake tiramisu with mascarpone and biscuits.
Ingredients
- 6 pcs Eggs
- 500 g mascarpone
- 200 g sugar
- 2 cups Strong coffee
- Cocoa for sprinkling
- 300 g long sponge cakes

Directions
First, separate the yolks from the whites. Then beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Then add the mascarpone and beat again.
Then beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold them into the mixture.
Soak the biscuits in the coffee you brewed in advance. This has to be really quick because the biscuits must not be wet, just moistened.
Place one layer of soaked biscuits in the bowl first, then a layer of mascarpone cream and continue alternating until all ingredients are used up. The last layer should be the cream.
Sprinkle the finished tiramisu with cocoa powder and chill in the fridge for at least two hours.
