The easiest Chicken Kyiv recipe
Chicken Kyiv is a Ukrainian dish of boneless chicken breast pounded and rolled around a piece of cold unsalted garlic butter, which is breaded and fried or baked.
Ingredients

- 90 g unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley

- 2 chicken breast
- 1⁄2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 Cup self-rising flour
- 2 egg

Directions
Put the butter, garlic cloves, parsley and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
Put the mixture on kitchen paper and shape it into a square. Store in the fridge.
Place the chicken breasts on a surface and tenderise them with a mallet.
Sprinkle with pepper and salt.
Remove the garlic butter from the fridge and cut it into small pieces.
Put it on the chicken and roll it up.
Wrap the chicken roll in cling film and store it in the freezer.
Put beaten eggs, flour and breadcrumbs on three different plates. Coat the chicken roll in flour.
Coat the chicken roll with egg.
Coat the chicken roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in cooking oil at 160°.
Fry for three minutes.
Bake at 160° for ten minutes.
Serve and cut in half to taste the flavours of the chicken and garlic butter. The perfect accompaniment is mashed potato or green beans.
