Peel the rhubarb and wash it well, then cut it into small pieces.

Place the rhubarb together with the juice into a saucepan and put it on the fire. Bring the mass to a boil, remove the foam and cook rhubarb for 10 minutes over low heat.
While the rhubarb is boiling, wash, peel and slice the strawberries.
Then, place them in the pot, stir everything and cook the jam for 20 minutes. A few minutes before the end of cooking, pour the juice of a lemon into the pot and stir everything again.
