The best and easiest mushroom and cream pasta recipe
This is a very autumnal recipe, mushrooms are a typical product of this time of year. It's possible to use any variety you like or use a combination of several mushrooms, such as champignons. You'll love this spaghetti with mushrooms and cream!
Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- 400 g mushroom
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 250 ml heavy cream
- salt
- ground black pepper
- oil

Directions
In a frying pan, over low heat, place the onion and the finely chopped garlic cloves. Season with salt and pepper and stir frequently, while cooking for about 5 minutes.

Add the mushrooms. Add salt and cook for a further 5 minutes. Stir from time to time.

Add a glass of white wine. Turn up the heat a little and let it reduce for a further 5 minutes.
